Mrs. Jessica Fratz

Mrs. Fratz provides strong leadership that is focused on providing high quality instruction and maintaining a safe, conservative environment that supports all students in growing academically and personally.

Mrs. Erica Foley

3rd-5th grades, erica.foley@garrettcountyschools.org

Mrs. Foley often facilitates reading and writing workshops for teachers throughout the district.  Her strong literacy background assists her with assessing and meeting students’ diverse literacy needs.

Mrs. Elizabeth Rees Gilbert

6th-8th grades, liz.gilbert@garrettcountyschools.org

Mrs. Gilbert was the 2002-03 Garrett County Teacher of the Year and was a 2011 MSDE Master Teacher for Middle School English/Language Arts.  She is also a past-president of Garrett Reading Council.

Mrs. Arlene Lantz

K-8th Grade Math, arlene.lantz@garrettcountyschools.org

Mrs. Lantz is also our Technology Resource Teacher.  She organizes and presents at the Living History Program, is a FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and a FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Coach, is a 4-H Organizational Leader, and is actively involved in her church.

Mrs. Amy Snyder

Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades, amy.snyder@garrettcountyschools.org
 
Mrs. Snyder has recently joined the Swan Meadow teaching team.  She has been teaching for 13 years in an elementary setting. She is a Reading Specialist with degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education.
